Depending upon the specific call requirements of each individual action, all or part of this document will apply. For the purpose of this SOW, equipment refers to equipment and control/monitoring systems installed for 309 MXSG. Examples of equipment installation, relocation, repair, or modifications may include but not limited to the following: Air Compressors Associated Duct Work Audio/Visual Equipment Backflow water systems Battery Charging Equipment Bead Blasting Machines and Associated Systems Bench Lighting Fixtures Booth Painting Equipment Chillers CNC Boring Machine CNC Machining Center 4-Axis CNC Power Metal Shear or Press CNC Robotic Polisher CNC Turning Center CNC Vertical Machining Center Collectors, Dust Cranes (Lifting Devices) Cutting Drill Press Electrical Controls (AC/DC Electrical Components) Emergency Lighting 10 ft and below Exit Lighting Fuel Systems Fall Protection Fencing Grinders, belt driven Grinders, cylindrical Grinder, gap Grinder, horizontal Grinder, jig Grinder, planetary Grinder, universal Hoist, Bridge Hoist, Jib Hoist, Monorail Hush houses Hydraulic systems HVAC controls HVAC units (climate control of clean rooms & equipment) Jig Boring Machines Lasers, Fixed and Portable Lathes, Bench Lathes CNC 4 Axis Turret Lathe CNC Wheel Lathe, Engine Lathe, Swing Lathe, Tool Lathe, Turret Milling Machine CNC Milling Machine Horizontal Milling Machine Tracer Milling Machine Vertical Modular Office Furniture Ovens, Drying Ovens, Heat Treat Parts Cleaners Pneumatic Controlled Equipment Portable Offices Press Brake Refrigeration Units Robotic Equipment and Controls Roof Mounted HVAC Saw, Band Saw, Horizontal Saw, Table Sound Barriers Tanks, Degreasing Tanks, Dip Tanks, Etching Tanks, Plating Test Stands (Hydraulic, Pneudraulic, and electronic) UPS, Emergency Lighting Washers, Parts Water Treatment Systems Welders X-Ray Equipment EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION, RELOCATION, REPAIR, OR MODIFICATIONS For each new project, 309 MXSG will develop a detailed SOW that includes all project requirements, specifications, drawings, safety information, and other necessary details. This SOW will also be presented to the contractor at the time of bidding. To ensure fair and consistent evaluation of all bids, the contractor shall submit a quote to the Point of Contact (POC) listed on the Request for Quote (RFQ), addressing all requirements outlined in the SOW, using the prescribed format detailed in this section; this standardized format is mandatory for all submissions, and any deviations may result in disqualification. The quote must demonstrate understanding of the required work through inclusion of preliminary drawings, schematics, parts lists, or technical data, and if subcontracting is used, the associated indirect costs/fees must be clearly identified; quotes shall include a breakdown of line items referencing hourly rates from the submitted BPA pricelists or relevant subcontracting information. Project Information MXSG Project/Work Order Number Project Summary Location of Performance Quote Date Quote Expiration Date Cost Breakdown Materials (Description, Quantity, Unit Price, Total) Labor (Labor Category, Hours, Hourly Rate (pricelist), Total) Subcontractor Costs (Subcontractor Name, Description of Work, Cost + Fee + Profit = Total) Training (if required) (Description, Cost) Rental equipment (Description, Cost) Fees (Description, Cost) Overhead (Calculated Percentage or Fixed Amount) Other Direct Costs (Description, Cost) Total Quote Price (The sum of all cost categories listed above.) After receiving the quote from the contractor, 309 MXSG will evaluate each quote based upon cost, and how well the quote addresses the customer’s requirements. Upon acceptance of quote by 309 MXSG, the contractor will be contacted by an authorized GPC cardholder, or individual on the authorized BPA caller list. The authorized individual will initiate all work by giving the contractor GPC purchase information and the BPA call number. Interim Review: the contractor shall provide status reports as requested at the call level, to the project engineer/manager on the progress of each awarded project, as well as estimated completion dates. (CDRL A001) Final Project Report: upon completion of a project the contractor shall complete the project report and submit copies of documentation to the project engineer/manager for review. The required documentation for the project report will be provided at the call level but could include the following: (CDRL A002) As required, complete fabrication drawings shall include assembly drawings, fully dimensioned part drawings, schematics, bills of materials, etc. As required, complete source code. This may include PLC, Wonder Ware, or Lab View Source Code in electronic format. As required, set up instructions, operation instructions, maintenance recommendations etc. As required, recommended spare parts list for those critical or hard to acquire parts that may improve cycle time for future repair or maintenance. The contractor shall provide onsite/ hands-on training for operators and maintenance personnel, if necessary, upon completion
