Statement of Objectives 1. The Government requests the delivery of landscaping equipment be made to Eglin AFB 7th SFG. 796 CES/CEORM Building 4600 Soto Cano Loop Eglin AFB, FL. 32542 2. The vendor shall coordinate with Government POC’s to schedule delivery during the hours of 6:45 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. not later than one business day in advance of anticipated delivery. At which time, the Government will provide the exact location for that particular delivery. Upon delivery, a certified sales representative will be present on site to provide hands on training and set up and operational instruction to Government personnel at no additional cost to the government. 3. The Government is requesting the equipment below or equal to the minimum specifications: a. 1 Ea. Kubota M5-111-1 tractor or equal: • Engine: 100 -110 HP; Exhaust pipe should provide an unobstructed view through the front window. • Tractor Output: 85 HP or greater for the independent 540/540E PTO. • Cabin: Enclosed with A/C and heat, with additional heating and cooling vents, rear windshield wiper, rear floor mat, and factory installed radio. • Drivetrain: Four-wheel drive with aggressive rough terrain tires for cutting on steep slopes or terrain. To include front bracket for added ballast for heavy rear implements. • Safety: forestry protection package that is made to fit around to protect the operator from debris while cutting to include perimeter guard, limb riser, rear/side screens, hood grill, and full-length bottom/belly guard. • Accessories: Loader ready package to include 4 mid-mount remote hydraulic valves in the front and 2 remote hydraulic valves in the rear or better. b. 2 Ea Kubota ZD-1211 zero-turn mower or equal: • Engine: 30-35 HP diesel with Tier-4 technology. • Deck: Shall be 60” inches with open and close discharge chute to the side (rear discharge is unacceptable). Deck shall be made of a minimum 8-gauge metal or thicker with reinforced metal formed and welded. The deck adjustment must be equipped with hydraulic deck lift. Deck Spindle must be cast aluminum serviceable, not cast aluminum replaceable. Power to the blades on the 60” deck needs to take power directly from the engine (PTO driven) and not from a belt and pulley system. • Travel Speed/Comfort: 10 mph or greater to facilitate moving from job to job on the back yard ranges. Seat suspension must have air-ride suspension with reclining and lumbar support or better for operator comfort on rough terrain. • Weight and Dimensions: Overall weight: 2,100 lbs or less. Height: 79” or less Width (with deck): 85.8” or less for hauling purposes. • Tires: Semi-pneumatic (flat-free) front caster tires and low-profile drive tires for a clean finish during mowing operations. -- 1 of 2 -- • Axle: Two positions (oscillating and rigid). Must have maintenance lift capabilities or equivalent for servicing the mower from underneath and not having to remove the deck for blade changes. c. 4 Ea. Kubota ZD-1211 zero-turn mower or equal: • Engine: 30-35 HP diesel with Tier-4 technology. • Deck: Shall be 72 inches with open and close discharge chute to the side (rear discharge is unacceptable). Deck shall be made of a minimum 8-gauge metal or thicker with reinforced metal formed and welded. The deck adjustment must be equipped with hydraulic deck lift. Deck Spindle must be cast aluminum serviceable, not cast aluminum replaceable. Power to the blades on the 72” deck needs to take power directly from the engine (PTO driven) and not from a belt and pulley system. • Travel Speed/Comfort: The mower must have the ability to travel at least 10 mph or grater to facilitate moving from job to job on the back yard ranges. The seat suspension must have air-ride suspension with reclining and lumbar support or better for operator comfort on rough terrain. • Weight and Dimensions: Overall weight: 2,100 pounds or less. Delivery is requested for 60 calendar days after receipt of contract (ARO) 5. Quotes must include a minimum 2-year bumper-to-bumper manufacturer warranty, to include parts, labor, and on-site service if applicable. -- 2 of 2 --
