Statement of Work (SOW) Lease of Parking Spaces 1. BACKGROUND This Statement of work (SOW) is a requirement for the lease of 84 parking spaces for law enforcement personnel assigned to Homeland Security Task Force (HSTF). 2. SCOPE & REQUIREMENTS The HSTF located at 12200 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA, 20191, requires the acquisition of services for the lease of 84 parking spaces to be used by law enforcement personnel. The scope and requirements of the performance by the contractor shall include: • Provide unrestricted access to secured parking spaces that allows for 24 hours a day, 7 seven days a week and 365-day access for ingress/egress and potential overnight parking. • The location must be no further than 0.1 miles (500 feet) radius to 12200 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA, due to officer safety issues and inclement weather. • License plates and other methods of identifying federal vehicles are prohibited. • The location shall not be near any construction that limits access to parking spaces therefore requiring keys to be left with a parking attendant. 3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Expected period of performance (POP) will be one (1) base year, plus three (3) option periods. Base Period: June 4, 2026 – June 3, 2027 Option Period 1: June 4, 2027 – June 3, 2028 Option Period 2: June 4, 2028 – June 3, 2029 Option Period 3: June 4, 2029 – June 3, 2030 -- 1 of 1 --
