Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Mexico City will launch the solicitation on SAM.gov when its available. The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City - Facility Management Office (FAC), requires a vendor that can supply a complete modular scaffolding system to support preventive maintenance (PM) activities at the Cooling Tower Area on the New Embassy Compound Facilities. The system shall provide safe access for maintenance personnel and shall be suitable for exterior mechanical equipment areas. The Government is not requiring an specific brand, manufacturer or proprietary system. Any proposed product shall meet or exceed the minimum technical, safety, dimensional and documentation requirements. All components must be brand new and in serviceable condition, free from defects, corrosion, deformation, cracks, missing parts, or damage that could affect safe use. Full specifications, technical and delivery requirements will be provided in the RFQ upon solicitation launch. Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a) Offerors must be registered in SAM at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given.
