Date changed to provide vendors time to perform site visits with unit to field verify requirement within the scope of work and meet with unit COR for this project. This combined synopsis/solicitation for construction services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
