SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) NON-SKID REPLACEMENT SERVICE 1. BACKGROUND: SWRMC Code 980, needs to procure services to replace non-skid on 2. SCOPE: Vendor shall provide services to replace non-skid on the lower and upper deck of caisson at Graving Dock. 3. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: 3.1. Vendor shall provide the following services: 3.1.1. Hydroblast/steel shot blast (if needed), power clean inaccessible edges and verticals up to 4” on interior and exterior decks. 3.1.2. Apply two full coats of primer to interior and exterior decks. 3.1.3. Apply non-skid coatings on interior and exterior decks. 3.1.4. After cured, apply polysiloxane topcoats to all areas not receiving non-skid. 4. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: The vendors will be required to have DBIDS, as the work must be performed at the graving dock with the caisson in place, and pier access is necessary to execute the work.
