NOTICE TO CONTRACTOR
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format
in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information
included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested,
and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HT941026Q2055. It is
issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses
are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01 effective 03/13/2026 and Defense
Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) change 05/07/2026. The North American Industry
Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 561710. The size standard is $17,500,000.00.
The Product and Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is S207. This solicitation will be 100% set
aside for small business. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses
and provisions.
This requirement is for non-personal services.
Services required:
Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) Healthcare Contracting Division-West (HCD-W)
requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following: Pest Management Services
(base + 4 option periods) for the Joint Base Elmendorf Richardson, Alaska Military Treatment Facility
(MTF). See attached Statement of Work (SOW).
The Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) is applicable to this Requirement. The applicable Wage
Determination is WD #2015-5681, Revision 27.
