Combined Synopsis Solicitation Puget Sound Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) Portable AC Rental 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.202 Publicizing Contract Actions, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. 2. PSNS & IMF, located in Bremerton, WA, is requesting proposals for the requirements listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 3. Scope: Leasing of one 5-ton portable AC unit and four 12-ton portable AC units for the months of June through September of 2026, at the locations listed in paragraph 1.7.1. Services to include leasing, transportation, and replacement if a unit should fail. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non- personal services necessary. 4. Solicitation number N4523A26Q0815 is a Request for Proposal (RFP). 4. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 dated 29 August 2025, and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 25 August 2025. 5. This requirement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. Only those small business concerns that meet the NAICS code size standard will be considered for award. 6. The associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 532210: Consumer Electronics and Appliances Rental. The Product Service Code (PSC) is W041: Lease or Rental of Equipment—Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, and Air Circulating Equipment. 7. PSNS&IMF Require Leasing of one 5-ton portable AC unit and four 12-ton portable AC units for the months of June through September of 2026, at the locations listed in paragraph 1.7.1.
