NAVAL AIR STATION FORT WORTH, TX JOINT RESERVE BASE May 13 th , 2026 STATEMENT OF WORK HVAC Rentals for 301 st BCE PART 1 - GENERAL 1.01 STATEMENT OF WORK: Provide rental services for heating and cooling per the schedule of this statement of work. A. Deliver to 1651 Lyons Dr. NAS Fort Worth JRB, TX or as directed in the delivery request B. Contract Documents: Follow blanket purchase agreement schedule provided in this statement of work. C. Scope, Objectives, and Criteria. This proposal establishes rental and delivery requirements for the following: see table on pages 3 and 4. D. All deliveries shall be off truck, assembled, with verified operation unless directed otherwise by government contracting officer or contracting officer representative. E. Performance Period: The contractor shall provide manufacturer submittals on equipment schedule within 30 days after establishing this purchase agreement. The purchase agreement rates and schedules shall be in place for 365 days after award. F. General Congestion: The installation is a restricted access installation. All deliveries shall be made through the installation’s large commercial vehicle access gate accessible from TX Highway 183. 1.02 HOURS OF WORK: A. Standard Work Hours 1. Normal work hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM Central Standard Time Monday through Friday. Work must stop on official Government holidays and work curtailment days, unless specifically approved in advance. B. All references to days mean calendar days unless otherwise noted. 1.03 SUBMITTALS: General: Provide manufacturing specifications and operating instructions for each equipment type in paper or PDF electronic format.
