SINGLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD (SAT) PURSUANT TO FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) 1. They will draw less power from the grid, not require any charging stations, and will place post in a better position to be ready at any moment's notice.
