The Embassy of the United States of America, The Hague, invites qualified
offerors to submit their most competitive quotation for the supply and delivery of
one (1) Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) in accordance with the specifications and
requirements outlined below. This acquisition is conducted under Simplified
Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13), as the estimated value falls within the
Simplified Acquisition Threshold, and is set aside for full and open competition.
Offerors must meet or exceed the following minimum specifications. Offerors
must read this RFQ, including all incorporated provisions and clauses, in its
entirety before submitting an offer.

Delivery terms shall be FOB Destination OCONUS (Outside Continental United
States). The seller shall be responsible for all shipping costs and risk of loss prior
to actual delivery at the specified destination.

Quotations are due by August 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. (local time). No quotations
will be accepted after this time.
Submissions must be in MS Word 2007/2010, MS Excel 2007/2010, or Adobe
Acrobat (PDF) format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size exceeds
30MB, the submission must be made in separate files attached to separate emails,
with each file not exceeding 30MB.
For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the
following:

2. Proof of SAM Registration
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database
at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer, as prescribed under FAR
4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the
offeror's proposal non-responsible, and no further consideration will be given.
