Residential Water Pump Replacement at U.S. Consulate in Fukuoka

Please note this solicitation is not yet ready to be issued. The U.S. Consulate Fukuoka, Japan, will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website once it becomes available. The U.S. Consulate Fukuoka requires a contractor to perform replacement of residential water pump on the compounds of the U.S. Consulate in Fukuoka, Japan. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the Purchase Order based on the initial quotation without discussion. The resultant contract/Purchase Order will be firm-fixed-price.  The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conference will be specified in the solicitation. All U.S. Contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective quoters are required to register prior to the submittal of quotations. It is recommended for oversea contractors to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to an award of the contract.
