A.1 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. 2. Combined synopsis/solicitation number 36C25626Q1048 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for the removal of twenty three (23) dead or dying trees or limbs located at the Alexandria Veterans Affairs Medical Center as marked by the Government. 3. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026) 4. This requirement is a Total Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 561730 with a size standard of $9.5M. Only quotes from Small Business Administration certified SDVOSB will be accepted in consideration of award. 5. Place of Performance: Alexandria VA Medical Center (AVAMC) 2495 Shreveport Highway Pineville, LA 71360 6. Period of Performance: August 3, 2026 through September 30, 2026. 7. SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 22, 2026.
