1. Scope
The purpose of this contract is to provide compliant protective clothing services to the
Ogden Air Logistics Complex (OO-ALC) at Hill Air Force Base (HAFB), Utah.
Services include leasing, pickup/delivery, cleaning, repairing, replacement, and
tracking of Contractor owned protective clothing. The Government may increase the
different types of Personal Protective Clothing (PPC) by ten (10) style/types at the
Basic contract level during the life of the contract. The Contractor shall provide all
personnel, equipment, material, supervision, facilities, transportation, and other items
and services necessary to provide and maintain PPC. The Contractor shall provide and
maintain contractor owned PPC In Accordance With (IAW) PPC types in Appendix B,
to designated drop stations in a clean and serviceable condition.
2. Description of Services
2.1. Leasing. PPC provided by the Contractor shall meet the specifications listed in
Appendix B and meet or exceed current industry standards. All PPC including
components and end items provided by the contractor shall be in compliance with the
Berry Amendment (USC, Title 10, and Section 2533a). The Contractor shall provide
industry standard color for provided PPC (i.e., navy blue, tan, grey, white, or dark
green); if a specific color is required, it will be identified at the Task Order (TO) level.
The Contractor shall provide and maintain Contractor owned types of PPC listed in
Appendix B for both the basic contract and new task orders. The Contractor shall
coordinate with the assigned Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for initial drop
station deliveries for both follow-on and new Task Order. (See Appendix E)
2.1.1. The Government will provide PPC sizes to the Contractor at time of award of the
task order. The Contractor shall deliver PPC IAW Appendix B. If the Contractor is
unable to obtain PPC IAW Appendix B the Contractor must notify the Contracting
Officer (CO) and/or COR and provide an estimated date of delivery based on
delivery date of clothing supplier, the contractor shall provide proof of order when
requesting additional time to complete. (Contract Data Requirements List (Proof of

2.1.2. Follow-on Task Orders. The Contractor shall validate the updated follow-on
Task Order requirement by identified drop stations from the previous Task order, to
include quantities of PPC by size and type. The updated requirements shall be
implemented within 5 business days of the follow-on Task Order Period of
Performance (PoP). The Contractor shall contact the COR for first delivery at drop
station(s) within one (1) business day of PoP start. Drop-off/pick-up inventory must
