transportation and related services of fuel. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. 1.0 BACKGROUND 1.1 Contract Requirement: DoW has a requirement to transport Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JAA) (U.S. Government Furnished Product) from designated Defense Fuel Support Point(s) (DFSPs) to designated Forward Support Bases (FSBs) via tank truck into tactical bags, trucks, and/or tanks within the Continental U.S. (CONUS). When directed by DLA Energy, resultant contract(s) shall support national emergency(ies). The Contractor shall provide rapid deployment and delivery of JAA 24 hours a day/7 days a week upon receipt of Technical Directives from DLA Energy in support
