SCOPE OF WORK Temporary Lodging for Reserve IDT JUL 2026-JUN 2027 USCG Port Security Unit 307 15100 Rescue Way Clearwater, FL 33762 I. Scope of Work: a. The Coast Guard is seeking Temporary Lodging for Coast Guard personnel. b. The period of performance July 10, 2026 - June 30, 2027. Option year period of performance would be July 1, 2027- June 30, 2028. c. Total number of rooms: 594 double-occupancy rooms and 55 single occupancy and totaling 649 rooms during the period of performance. Total estimated number of rooms during the option year period of performance: 616 double-occupancy rooms and 100 single occupancy and totaling 716 rooms during the option year period of performance. d. Total number of 1,825 room nights during the period of performance. Total estimated number of 1,885 room nights during the option year period of performance. e. PSU 307 will provide berthing rosters for specific dates and rooms needed throughout the performance period NLT 28 days before check-in. While the final berthing rosters and specific dates may change, the current anticipated dates of usage are: The total number of rooms and/or room nights reserved under this contract, may fluctuate from the below anticipated usage by up to 15% on a monthly basis due to operational needs. Such fluctuation shall not constitute a breach of the contract, provided that the adjusted totals remain within the stated percentage variance, and all applicable rates and terms herein shall continue to apply to the adjusted room totals.
