PURPOSE, DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES, AND REQUIRED TASKS 1.1. PURPOSE The purpose of the sheep grazing services is to manage vegetation through prescribed grazing at Travis Air Force Base (TAFB). The Contractor will graze sheep to reduce hazardous fuel loads for wildfire mitigation and to suppress the growth of invasive plant species. These services will decrease overall wildfire risk to protect public health and safety, and control non-native growth across the installation. 1.2.
