The 48th Contracting Squadron, Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath, United Kingdom (UK) is in the process of
competitively selecting a source for UK Wide Integrated Waste Management Servies (IWMS).
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, containers, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other
items and services necessary to perform the IWMS described in this performance work statement (PWS) at U.S.
Visiting Forces (USVF) locations across the UK. IWMS consists of solid (including recycling), non-hazardous and
hazardous liquid waste collections and removal. As of the date of this PWS, USVF locations include RAF
Lakenheath, Feltwell, Mildenhall, Alconbury, Blenheim Crescent, Det 6, Croughton, Fairford, Molesworth and
Welford. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract, as well as all applicable United Kingdom
laws and regulations, international agreements, Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) and appropriate Final
Governing Standards (FGS) or in their absence, the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document
(OEBGD).
One of the considerations in proposal evaluation is the verification of the offerors past performance on contracts or
other work efforts which reflect the offeror's ability to perform on the proposed effort. We depend on information
received from organizations such as yours, which have had first-hand experience with the offeror, for the evaluation
of the offeror's performance on those contracts or work efforts.
Our areas of interest regarding the offeror are summarized in the enclosed questionnaire. In order to meet the
acquisition milestones, we request your written response by 15 July 2026. This schedule will allow us
sufficient time to analyze the data prior to the start of any negotiations.
To assist you in preparing your response and expediting your reply, the questionnaire may be filled out electronically
and e-mailed to 48CONS.PKB.Refuse@us.af.mil. Your completed questionnaire will become a part of the official
source selection records.
Your assistance is greatly appreciated, and your prompt response will be one of the keys to the successful and timely
