Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

To be considered timely, an e-mail proposal must be received in its entirety in the designated e-mail inbox by the due date and time for proposal submission. Reference the solicitation number on your proposal. E-mail proposals shall be in the format specified within the solicitation. No other method of submission is acceptable.
The anticipated award date is 10 August 2026.
One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.
All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.

Solicitation Amendment 0001 was issued to extend the submission deadline to 22 July 2026, revise Exhibit A - CDRLs, revise Exhibit B - G pricing sheets, revise Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement, revise Attachment 7 - Ship Characteristics, and
revise Section L regarding instructions for submitting the pricing sheets as detailed in the addendum to FAR 52.212-1.
