Is there any flexibility on the delivery timeline, or is 90 days a firm requirement? Ninety days is preferred, however the government will consider a later delivery date with price discounts. 2 Please confirm — are offerors expected to provide PE-stamped fabrication drawings at time of quote submission, or upon award? The PE stamped drawings are not required for quote submission. The successful vendor will be required to submit PE stamped drawings. 3 can you confirm that this RFP is for supply only? If so, do you anticipate a separate RFP to be issued for the erection of these structures? For this requirement, only the mezzanine itself is required. Installation will occur at Air Station, Kodiak, AK. We will be issuing a new solicitation for the installation services. 4 Is it ok to ship this in from Canada? Deliverables must comply with FAR Clause 52.225-3, Deviation, Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Israeli Trade Act. 5 Specs are given but I see no drawings or sketches to show the layout. Is there more information you can provide? All information available regarding specifications has been provided. No supplmental drawings are available. 6 My supplier is requesting confirmation regarding the installation address. Should the installation be made to the following address, which is also the delivery address? For this requirement, only the mezzanine itself is required.
