NO.:7.3.2 (m) TITLE: Clarification for WI0552 TESB-CCSI-HOSE REPLACEMENT (5 YR) QUESTION #01: We kindly request some clarifications on following items 1) We would like Government to confirm the quantity of hoses. Based on Enclosures 2.2.1 and 2.2.2, our understanding is that there are total of 48 hoses for the four (4) MDGs (approximately 12 hoses per engine) and 52 hoses for the one (1) EDG. Please confirm that this understanding is correct. 2) Please confirm whether all hoses will be Government Furnished Material (GFM). 3) Paragraph 7.3.2(m) references spray shields/tape. Please confirm whether these materials will also be provided as GFM. 4) Please provide the approximate size (diameter) of each hose to assist us in preparing an accurate quotation. ANSWER: Hoses are to be provided as CFM Fabrication shall be completed using each installed hose as a template. NO.: TITLE: Request for Clarification – Pipe Specifications QUESTION #02: We understand that the pipe lagging replacement is required in the Dairy Refrigerator (1-43-2) and Galley (A-47-0), and that all existing pipe lagging is to be replaced. However, the specification does not provide the pipe sizes or total lengths requiring replacement. Please provide the pipe sizes and lengths, or the applicable drawings so that we can accurately determine the required quantities. ANSWER: Piping for the Refrigeration System ranges form 1 / 2 inch 7 /8 inch 1 – 1 / 8 inch 2 – 1 /8 inch Lengths of each will be required during initial walk through. f -- 3 of 9 -- SPECIFICATION ITEM NO.: 0601 PARA. NO.: TITLE: Request for more detail information for WI0601 QUESTION #03: Please provide the tile type, size, color, quantity, and extent of damage in Toilet/Shower (B-52- 6). Alternatively, please provide photographs or applicable drawings so that we can accurately determine the repair scope and material quantities. NO.: 3.1.1 & 3.1.2 TITLE: Request to clarification for Area for the work QUESTION #04: We understand that this Work Item is for the preservation of the Flight Deck underside. However, based on Paragraph 3.1.1, the work scope appears to be limited to Zone 3 only. In contrast, Paragraph 3.1.2 specifies a total quantity of 62,484 SQFT (approximately 15,000 SQFT per zone). Please clarify the required work scope. Based on the referenced drawing, the area of Zone 3 appears to be closer to 15,000 SQFT rather than 62,484 SQFT ANSWER: Full Preservation to include full surface profile for Zone 3 only during this Availability -- 5 of 9 -- SPECIFICATION ITEM NO.: 0694 & 0598 PARA. NO.: TITLE: Request to confirm duplication of Work Item 0694 & 0598 QUESTION #05: It appears that Work Item 0694 and 0598 are duplicated. Government is kindly requested to check duplication. ANSWER: These work items are not duplicated. Both are for the AFT House. As per Para 3.2, it is shown as total 2 x S Band radar & 4 x X band radars onboard. 2. Also at section 7.10.3 and 7.10.4 mentioned Sperry Vision Master. Please clarify if it is Anschuetz or Sperry Radar. We assume should be 1 x S band radar and 2x X band radars of Anschuetz make, please confirm.
