USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47) Title: PORT SIDE FLIGHT DECK SUPPORT STRUCTURE; REPAIR ELM-245219; ACCOMPLISH NONSKID DECK COVERING ON FLIGHT DECK; REPLACE POP from 10/12/2026 to 07/31/2027 Place of Performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan. In accordance with DFARS 225.1103(3), this procurement is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan. Quotation Due Date (Closing Date): All eligible MSRA/ABR holders must submit their proposal via email no later than Aug 26, 2026 at 10:00AM JST. Access to the work specification package: Access to the work specification package listed in Section J as Attachment (1) may only be accessed through DoD SAFE. DoD SAFE is a secure U.S. Government repository which enables the sharing of large files and requires outside users to receive a drop-off request from the U.S. Government. Therefore, any offeror intending to provide a proposal to this solicitation shall request access by sending an email to: taeko.karyu2.ln@us.navy.mil by Jul 30, 2026 10:00AM JST. Once the U.S. Government receives the offeror’s access request, the U.S.Government will provide the offeror with a link and instructions to retrieve Attachment (1). Offerors shall note that access is only available for 7 days once sent.
