This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 6982AF26Q000017 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a drilling contractor to conduct a geotechnical subsurface investigation for the UT FLAP GAR BURR(1) – Bullfrog Creek Bridge replacement project. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380 with an industry size standard of $19.0M. This solicitation incorporates provision and clauses by reference. The existing low water crossing consists of a gravel surface with a single 48-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP).
