I. Background/ Intent
NOAA Office of Law Enforcement (OLE) Alaska Division (AKD) field office located at 624 Mill
Street, Suite 202, Ketchikan, AK 99901 requires ongoing custodial services to ensure cleanliness of the
workspace. The period of performance will be October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027 with four
additional option years.
II. Scope of Work
Tasks
This is a firm-fixed price non-personal services purchase order. The Contractor is responsible for
coordinating the schedule with the Government, at least 72 hours in advance.
a. Task A
1) Description: Weekly
2) Deliverable:
• Empty trach bins and re-line trash containers as needed
• Dust surfaces
• Vacuum carpets
• Sweep, clean, mop floors & sanitize bathrooms, reload all toilet paper and hand towels,
fill soap dispensers as needed.
b. Task B
1) Description: Monthly
2) Deliverable:
• Wipe down horizontal surfaces
• Wipe off wall smudges/marks
• Mop uncarpeted floors
c. Task C
1) Description: Bi-Annually
2) Deliverable:
• Clean inside and outside windows and ledges
• Shampoo all carpets and mats
• Dust accessible light fixtures

4:00 PM Alaska Time, and shall be scheduled with the Technical Point of Contact at least 72 hours in
advance. All contractor employees must carry a REAL ID.
