The contractor shall connect 3 mobile trailer units (2 Office Trailers and 1 Shower/Bathroom Trailer) to adjacent utilities. Work will include connection of the trailers to water, wastewater, and electric utilities at the site. The Los Prietos Complex is located on Paradise Road, outside of Santa Barbara, California. 2.0 Background Helitack H-528 is relocating to this site to support their operations. They will operate out of three trailers (two office trailers and one restroom/shower trailer). All three trailers need to be connected to water, wastewater, and electric utilities to support full operations. There are existing utilities on the site that will be connected into. Existing utilities are all within approximately 50 feet of the southern edge of the existing concrete pad where the trailers will be placed. 3.0 Location This project will be at 3505 Paradise Road, Santa Barbara, California. The project will be in the “lower compound” at the Santa Barbara District Rangers Office. Maps and site plan are attached to this statement of work. 4.0 Estimated Start Date / Period of Performance This work will need to be completed as soon as possible, to ensure full functionality of the incoming trailers. Anticipated start date will be 10 days from the notice to proceed. Electrical: - Install main breaker in switchgear equipment in electrical building - Install conduit and wall penetration to exit the building - Place 25’ utility pole outside of existing electrical building (54” deep) - Place 25’ utility pole adjacent to existing concrete pad where trailers will be placed - Install overhead electrical conductor from electrical building pole to utility pole at trailer pad (approx. 50’) -- 3 of 6 -- 4 - Install conduit from building down pole to new pole-mountain junction box and circuit panel - Install junction box on pole with breakers/disconnect for each trailer - Install overhead electrical conductor from pole to each of the 3x trailers - Connect power at the breaker panel at each of the 3 trailers Water: - Expose existing waterline at the edge of the existing concrete pad. - Connect to existing waterline, installing a riser - Install pvc water piping to distribute water to shower/latrine trailer Wastewater - Trench from concret…
