1. Scope
The Contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) new, factory‑assembled, commercial‑grade gas‑powered utility vehicle equivalent to the Club Car Carryall gasoline lineup for industrial/commercial use, including all accessories, documentation, and warranties described herein. Vehicle shall be suitable for daily cargo transport on improved surfaces and light off‑road work areas.
Brand Name or Equal: References to “Club Car Carryall” establish a quality baseline. Offers of equal vehicles are acceptable if they meet or exceed the salient characteristics in Section 4 and all compliance items in Section 6.
2. Period of Performance
The Contractor shall complete all engineering services, assembly, and delivery within 60 Days ARO (After Receipt of Order).
