Scope The Contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) new, factory‑assembled, commercial‑grade gas‑powered utility vehicle equivalent to the Club Car Carryall gasoline lineup for industrial/commercial use, including all accessories, documentation, and warranties described herein. Vehicle shall be suitable for daily cargo transport on improved surfaces and light off‑road work areas. Brand Name or Equal: References to “Club Car Carryall” establish a quality baseline. Offers of equal vehicles are acceptable if they meet or exceed the salient characteristics in Section 4 and all compliance items in Section 6. 2. Period of Performance The Contractor shall complete all engineering services, assembly, and delivery within 60 Days ARO (After Receipt of Order). 3. Place of Delivery & FOB FOB Destination: VA Medical Center 1100 North College Avenue Fayetteville, AR 72703 Delivery shall occur during normal business hours. The Contractor is responsible for unloading, positioning, and removal of shipping debris. 4.
