4×4 Utility Terrain Vehicle(s) (UTVs)

1 Volk Field Air National Guard (ANG) – 4×4 Utility Terrain Vehicle(s) (UTVs) The Volk Field ANG requires two (2) 4×4 Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTV’s) that enhance mobility, safety, and operational capability in all weather and terrain conditions. The vehicles must provide reliable transportation for personnel, tools, and equipment while ensuring interior comfort and visibility through a fully enclosed cab with effective HVAC. They must support cargo handling and �ield operations with a power tilt bed, cargo-management accessories, and integrated lighting, and enable safe recovery and towing through a front-mounted winch and hitching equipment. The UTVs must also deliver strong electrical support with appropriate lighting, power connections, and battery maintenance systems, and incorporate safety features such as mirrors and protective bumpers. The contractor shall deliver a mission-ready solution that meets or exceeds these operational needs, integrates all required accessories, and supports sustained use with minimal downtime. MINIMUM SPECIFICATIONS 1. Vehicle Con�iguration • The UTV shall be a 4×4 utility-class vehicle equipped with: • A fully enclosed regular cab • Painted, hard-panel doors • Heating and air-conditioning (HVAC) climate control system • Tilt-up windshield with integrated windshield wiper • An engine producing not less than 82 horsepower 2. Required Equipment & Accessories The UTV shall include the following equipment, either factory-installed or OEM-approved: • Winch & Recovery Equipment • 4,500-lb front-mounted winch with synthetic cable • Synthetic cable extension • Winch remote control • Cargo & Bed Features • Power tilt cargo bed • LED cargo lighting • Tailgate extension/divider • Cargo bed protectors • Cargo tie rails • Tool holder • Front rack -- 1 of 2 -- 2 • Lighting & Electrical • LED headlights • LED light bar with support bar • Dome light • Roof power cable • Quick-connect battery cable with battery status indicator • Battery charger/maintainer • Exterior & Structural Features • Side mirrors • Full-width front bumper • Front and rear hitch drawbars 3. Performance & Integration Requirements • All accessories must be compatible with the vehicle’s electrical system and mounted in accordance with manufacturer speci�ications. • The HVAC system must provide effective heating and cooling for all-season operation. • The cab enclosure must provide weatherproof protection against rain, dust, and debris. • The power tilt bed must support safe lifting and dumping of cargo loads.
