Statement of Work (SOW) for Monarch Dining Facility Pass through Warmer/Refrigerator Removal and Installation 9 July 2026 The 60 FSS on Travis AFB, CA has a requirement for a 2-two-door reach through warmers and 2 two- door Traulsen coolers. (brand name or equal). The requirement is to remove and dispose of the existing Traulsen warmers/coolers and installation of the new commercial grade Traulsen warmers/coolers in the Monarch dining facility kitchen. The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and specialized equipment as necessary to perform the work described herein as well as disposal of the removed items. 1. Description of Work: All work to be accomplished includes the following: Disposal of existing Traulsen warmers/coolers which may require disassembly of the structure including any anchors and dispose of all materials. Install new Traulsen warmer/coolers to include proper installation of the equipment and any related requirements. 2. Reach-In Warmer/Cooler 2.1 • Traulsen Warmer Model RHF132WP-HHS Traulsen Refrigerator Model RHT132WPUT-HHS Half Door(Each) Width 29 7/8 Inch Height 83 ¼ Depth 37 15/16 Hertz 60 Hz Phase 1 Phase Voltage 115/208 • 1 ea. 1-year limited parts & labor warranty, standard • 1 ea. (2) 208v/60/3-ph, 16.2kw,45.0 amps Warranty - Standard Manufacturer Warranty 3. Installation -- 1 of 2 -- Installation for Traulsen Stainless Steel Solid Half Door Single Reach-In Pass Through Heating/Holding Cabinet. • Disconnect and remove existing Traulsen warmer/coolers and haul away old equipment for proper disposal. • New warmers/coolers will be delivered directly to Travis AFB and off loaded and stored in a safe place until installation takes place. Installer shall uncrate the griddle, set in place, hook up to existing utilities and make ready for use. 4. Installation Requirements Contractor must supply all, labor, and equipment necessary to install the new warmers/coolers. Contractor will coordinate with Government POC at least 48 hrs. prior to delivery and installation. • The Contractor is responsible to secure additional storage off-site, if required, at no additional cost to the Government. Materials damaged in handling, storage, construction traffic, etc., will be rejected and replaced at the Contractor’s expense. • The Contractor is responsible for any damages to property caused by the Contractor's activities. • Facility Is equipped with standard height loading and unloading dock. • Any debris or trash created by the vendor on the jobsite will be disposed of by the vendor off Travis AFB. Contractor personnel are only to be in their assigned areas and are not allowed in other areas without section supervision approval and/or escort. • Removal and installation must be completed during business hours between 07:00 am thru 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
