Scope of Work for the Acquisition of gravel/rock Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge Scope Of Work Deliver and tailgate spread approximately 2,343-tons of Class 7 SB-2 Base crushed limestone (or similar/same as; e.g. granite) rock to the following project site. All rock will be delivered to Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge: Delivered to Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge Union County, AR Approximately 6-miles west of Ouichita River Bridge/Hwy 82 to Jones Lake Rd. (Lat 33.139105 / Lon -92.209139) to Jones Lake Boat Ramp (Lat 33.192619 / Lon -92.215619). Minimum Requirements • 95% of the Class 7 SB-2 Base crushed limestone (or similar/same; eg. granite) rock must consist of Class 7 SB-2 Base grade crushed limestone (or similar/same; e.g. granite) rock. • Class 7 SB-2 Gravel/Rock: Reference applicable State Department Standard and Specification Table 303-1 Aggregate Base Course Grading and Crushing Requirements, page 186 of Standard Specifications for Highway Construction Arkansas State Highway and Transportation Department. • Estimates are to be priced at cost per ton of gravel/rock and per the Scope of Work. • Gravel must be tailgate spread at designated location (See Map/Coordinates). • Deliveries will be allowed Monday through Friday (except holidays) 7:00 am- 3:00 pm and as climatic conditions allow. • Weight tickets shall be provided for each load delivered. • ALSO SEE: Roadway Surfacing Materials Form that is attached Recommended Vendor Pioneer Civil Construction, LLC 805 Industrial Drive Crossett, AR 71635 Office: (870) 364-5900 POC: Lance Griffin -- 1 of 1 --
