Description
The primary objective of this action is to procure "as-needed " biomedical inspection services and preventative maintenance for the newly built Monacan Health Center's medical equipment to ensure that it is functional, safe and effective for its intended use. Routine maintenance and calibration services are required on an annual basis in compliance with original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications, ANSI (American National Stand ard s Institute) / Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (MMI) EQ89:2015 standards, and the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. Required maintenance checks include but are not limited to performing visual inspections, test and calibration procedures, and performing electrical safety tests. The Contractor shall meet or exceed the manufactory specification requirements, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA0 99, and Accreditation Association of Ambulatory Health Care (FAC.250.10-40).
