STATEMENT OF WORK
Title: Café Furniture – Delivery & Installation (Building 1456, Fort Belvoir, VA)
1.0 Scope
The purpose of this requirement is to procure commercial café/dining furniture and associated delivery and installation services to support a turn-key refresh of a designated café space in Building 1456, Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
1.1 Background

3.0 Requirements
3.1 Requirement
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to furnish, deliver, assemble, install/place, and clean up the following new, commercial-grade café furniture items and services at Building 1456, Fort Belvoir, VA:
Dining chairs (Qty 28)
Freestanding banquette benches (Qty 2)
Table tops (round and square) (Qty 10 total)
Table bases (Qty 10)
Delivery & installation services (1 lot)

3.3 Delivery Requirements
The Contractor shall deliver and install all furniture items inside the designated café space within Building 1456, Fort Belvoir, VA. Delivery and installation shall be completed within the timeframe proposed by the vendor and approved upon receipt of order. The Contractor shall assemble all furniture, attach table tops to bases, place items per Government-provided layout, remove all packing materials and debris, and leave the space clean and ready for use. Any damaged items discovered at delivery or installation shall be replaced at no additional cost.
