This includes new picnic tables and fire rings to ensure ADA compliance, public safety, and functional furniture. Contractor Requirements 3.0 Technical Requirements / Tasks The Seller shall supply the number of picnic tables and fire rings specified on the Schedule of Items meeting the minimum specifications described under the SPECIFICATIONS section. The purchase will include the delivery fee necessary to deliver the tables to the Minidoka Ranger Office at 2306 Hiland Ave Burley, Idaho 83318. Specifications The following specifications are for the purchase of a picnic table. The standard features are listed as follows: Snow Load Rated, can handle up to 1420 pounds per square foot. Diamond Pattern Expanded Steel material for top and benches. Above ground bases Brown coloring for top and benches Brown powder coat coloring for frame 6ft length tabletop and benches ADA Accessible The following specifications are for the purchase of a campfire ring. The standard features are listed as follows: Snow Load Rated, can handle more than 550 pounds per square foot. ADA Accessible Swivel Grate Grill Side height up to 17-3/8” Pin style anchors At least an inside diameter of 30” 4.0 Government Furnished N/A 5.0 Deliverables / Schedule The Seller shall deliver the tables to the specified location by August 01, 2026, or earlier. Prior to delivery, the seller shall give the Forest Service at least 72 hours’ notice as to when the new tables will arrive.
