This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.201-1 Solicitation Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes as the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1.2. The combined synopsis is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under solicitation number: FA706026Q0021. 1.3. The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation is to establish a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to be fulfilled by a Small Business (SB). 1.4. The purpose of the RFQ is to acquire deep cleaning services to three (3) fitness centers on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling (JBAB); this includes Fitness Centers 1 and 2, and the Aerobic Center consistent with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 2.2. Scope of Work The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to perform a comprehensive deep cleaning of designated facility areas within a 90-day Period of Performance (PoP). The primary tasks/areas include: -- 2 of 9 -- CUI 3 Hard Floors: Must be free of all visible dirt, dust, grime, and scuff marks, with clean grout lines, corners, and edges. -- 3 of 9 -- CUI 4 • Rubberized Floors: Must be clean, sanitized, and free of dirt, dust, and residue, with no damage or slipperiness post-cleaning. • Carpeted Floors: Must be free of all visible spots and stains that can be removed with heavy duty machinery and industrial-grade sanitation materials. • Restrooms: All surfaces and fixtures must be visibly clean, sanitized, and free of odors, soap scum, and water spots. • Locker Rooms: All surfaces (lockers, benches, floors) must be visibly clean, sanitized, and free of dirt, grime, and odors. 2.2. Period of Performance: 90 days 2.3. Offeror is required to meet all solicitation requirements, including format, terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and technical requirements. Failure to meet a requirement may result in the offer being ineligible for award. The quote shall include: (1) Technical Capability and (2) Pricing Schedule.
