The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for Five (5) Air Science Purair EDU-M-60 fume hoods. All items shall be new, unused and meet the specifications below. Offerors shall state proposed delivery timeframe in their quotation. Quotation Instructions: Quotations shall include the completed schedule of supplies table; company name and part number; UEI, CAGE Code; POC information. All responses shall be submitted via email to Sade Moore at sade.j.moore@dea.gov no later than July 10, 2026, by 10:00am Eastern Standard Time. Quotation Submission: Quotes shall be submitted electronically to Sade Moore via email at sade.j.moore@dea.gov. Late submissions may not be considered. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions. -- 1 of 39 -- The NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 1,000. Evaluation of quotations will be based on the lowest evaluated price. All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. All interested sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. The Government may reject all offers received in response to this solicitation, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Late submissions will not be accepted. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. This request for quotation (RFQ) does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of a quotation. The Government is requesting a discount. BASIS OF AWARD: Award will be based on technically acceptable/lowest price. For an Offeror to be considered technically acceptable, the Offeror shall be able to provide the required brand name listed and meet the delivery requirements.
