Description
The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Purchase
Order for Five (5) Air Science Purair EDU-M-60 fume hoods. All items shall be new, unused
and meet the specifications below.

DELIVERY: Delivery shall be FOB destination to : CITY, STATE, ZIP CODE (EL PASO, TX
79918). Offerors shall state proposed delivery timeframe in their quotation.
Quotation Instructions:
Quotations shall include the completed schedule of supplies table; company name and part
number; UEI, CAGE Code; POC information.
All responses shall be submitted via email to Sade Moore at sade.j.moore@dea.gov no later than
July 10, 2026, by 10:00am Eastern Standard Time.
Quotation Submission:
Quotes shall be submitted electronically to Sade Moore via email at sade.j.moore@dea.gov. Late
submissions may not be considered.
The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award without discussions.

The NAICS code is 334516 and the size standard is 1,000. Evaluation of quotations will be
based on the lowest evaluated price.
All applicable provisions and clauses are attached. All interested sources shall submit a
quotation which will be evaluated. The Government may reject all offers received in response to
this solicitation, if doing so is in the best interest of the Government. Late submissions will not
be accepted. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. This request for quotation (RFQ)
does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in the submission of a quotation.
The Government is requesting a discount.
BASIS OF AWARD:
Award will be based on technically acceptable/lowest price. For an Offeror to be considered
technically acceptable, the Offeror shall be able to provide the required brand name listed and
meet the delivery requirements. Award is ALL or NONE.

(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most
advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
[Contracting Officer shall insert the significant evaluation factors, such as (i) technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement; (ii) price;
(iii) past performance (see FAR 15.304); and include them in the relative order of importance of the evaluation factors, such as in descending order of importance.]
Technical and past performance, when combined, are [Contracting Officer state, in accordance with FAR 15.304, the relative importance of all other evaluation
factors, when combined, when compared to price.]
(b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The
Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to
exercise the option(s).
(c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the
offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or
part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
