Introduction/Background
All the monitoring equipment in the Water Treatment plant is manufactured/sold by Hach Company. No other servicing company is authorized to provide the Instrument Performance Certificate. The State mandates all equipment be maintained, tested, and certified on a regular basis to insure monthly readings are correct.
Scope of Work
Continued preventive maintenance agreement to maintain and calibrate monitoring equipment (13 ea. Pieces of equipment) installed at the Water Treatment Plant - 1 year service beginning October 2026 service is provided on a quarterly basis. Cost $ 17,000.00
Period of Performance
October 1st 2026 – September 30th 2027 with 4 additional option years.
Place of Performance
The calibrations will occur at the MWEOC 19844 Blue Ridge Mountain Road, Mt. Weather, VA 20135 Building 720 with the Water Shop.
Work Requirements
Perform 4 quarterly instrumentation calibrations as requested by the Government.
