Intent to Sole Source: DUODOTE INJECTION 600MG PREFILLED SYRINGE; NDC: 11704-0620-01 This notice serves as the Government’s intent to award a sole source purchase order to the original manufacturer, Kindeva DBA: Meridian Medical Technologies, LLC of Duodote Auto-Injectors for immediate emergency acquisition. Due to urgent operational requirements and the critical nature of the product, Duodote is required without delay. Duodote is a proprietary medical countermeasure produced solely by the manufacturer, Kindeva DBA: Meridian Medical Technologies, LLC. The product’s specifications, formulation, and delivery mechanisms are unique and not interchangeable with other commercially available items. Based on current mission needs, delays associated with competitive procurement would pose an unacceptable risk to health and operational capability. Under emergency procurement authorities, the Government intends to obtain Duodote units directly from the manufacturer to ensure product authenticity, maintain chain-of-custody requirements, and meet the immediate delivery schedule necessary to support mission readiness. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit capability information that will be considered if received within the timeframe prescribed by applicable emergency procurement procedures.
