Statement of Work (SOW) 1. PROJECT TITLE: Billings Area Server Refresh 2. BACKGROUND/PURPOSE: This Statement of Work outlines the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, and terms for the procurement and delivery of IT equipment, including compute servers, network switching equipment, storage systems, optical and copper cabling, power components, and associated software licenses for the Billings Area IHS. 3. SCOPE: The Contractor shall supply new, genuine, and manufacturer-authorized IT equipment, including compute servers, network switching equipment, storage systems, optical and copper cabling, power components, and associated software licenses. The Contractor shall ensure all equipment meets the technical specifications below, deliver equipment to the designated location, and provide manufacturer warranties and relevant documentation. Equipment Scope - Brand Name or Equivalent Brand names and model numbers are provided as a reference design. Brand name or equivalent products are acceptable, provided the proposed equipment meets or exceeds the listed quantities, specifications, capacities, support levels, and interoperability requirements. Quantity THREE (3) of Configuration 1 The Government requires three complete instances of Configuration 1. The quantities listed in the table below represent the required quantities for each individual Configuration 1 instance. Vendors shall provide three times the listed quantities unless otherwise stated.
