The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 03/13/2026, and RFO Part 12. 5. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for SDVOSBs. 6. The associated NAICS code and small business size standard: NAICS code: 541350 Size Standard: $11.5M 7. Description of Requirements: Triennial Testing of Electrical Breakers and Electrical Power Distribution at the Iowa City VA Healthcare System, Medical Center in Iowa City, Iowa. Includes Travel, Labor, Technicians and all equipment necessary to perform the SOW. Deliverables include reports, documentation and CDs.
