Scope of Work (SOW) Routine Maintenance Inspection – FM200 Fire Suppression System and Pro2000D Air Sampling Center FEMA Thomasville FRC 436 S. Pinetree Blvd., Thomasville, GA 31792 1. Background The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requires routine maintenance and inspection services for the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center located at the Thomasville Federal Records Center (FRC). 2. Objective The objective of this contract is to ensure the continued operational readiness and compliance of the FM200 Fire Suppression System and Pro2000D Air Sampling Center through semiannual inspections, testing, and certification in accordance with applicable federal standards and manufacturer guidelines. 3. Scope of Services The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform semiannual inspections and certification of the FM200 Fire Suppression System and the Pro2000D Air Sampling Center at the Thomasville FRC. 3.1 Maintenance Schedule • The Contractor shall perform semiannual (every six months) inspections and testing for the following systems: o (1) FM200 Fire Suppression System o (1) Pro2000D Air Sampling Center • All inspections and testing shall be conducted in accordance with: o Manufacturer’s testing and inspection guidelines o NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm Code o NFPA 2001 Standard on Clean Agent Fire Extinguishing Systems o NFPA 2010 Standard on Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Systems 3.2 Inspection and Reporting Requirements • The Contractor shall perform inspections and record results as specified in NFPA 2001 (Form 14B). • The Contractor shall complete all tasks associated with Form 14B and provide a signed copy to the FEMA designated Point of Contact (POC). • The Contractor shall document any abnormalities, faulty components, or issues with room containment in the comments section of Form 14B. • The Contractor shall promptly notify the FEMA POC of any critical issues identified during the inspection. 4. Period of Performance • The base period of performance will be established at the time of contract award. • The contract shall include a base year and four (4) option years for continued service. 5. Location of Services -- 1 of 2 -- • FEMA Thomasville FRC 436 S. Pinetree Blvd. Thomasville, GA 31792 6. Deliverables • Completed and signed NFPA 2001 Form 14B for each inspection cycle. • Inspection reports detailing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions (if applicable). 7.
