The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site “ SASEBO ” intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the LHA-7 Magazine Sprinkling Piping in 6-57-0-M replace, Magazine Sprinkling Piping in 5-49-01-M replace to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in “Japan”. Contractors located OUTSIDE Japan that do NOT unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 will NOT be eligible to receive an award. Any Offeror who do NOT possess an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan region, or does NOT agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan Region before award of a job order, will NOT be eligible to receive an award.
