Specifications Items: BF200XCRA – Qty: 1 EA BF200DXRA – Qty: 2 EA This procurement includes the acquisition of Honda BF200XCRA and BF200DXRA outboard motors, or equal products that meet or exceed the salient characteristics listed below. The brand-name models are identified to establish the minimum performance, dimensional, functional, and operational requirements necessary to meet the Government’s mission needs. The use of a brand name is not intended to restrict competition. Products offered as “equal” will be evaluated solely against the salient characteristics, not brand reputation. Engine Performance Minimum 200 horsepower 4‑stroke outboard engine Full throttle operating range 5,000–6,000 RPM Minimum 3.5 L displacement Fuel‑injected system (EFI or equivalent) Must provide reliable, continuous-duty performance in marine operational environments 2.
