Maintenance Agreement Extension for Spirent GPS/GNSS Simulators

STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) Maintenance Agreement Extension for Spirent GPS/GNSS Simulators Objective / Requirements / Background Code 524 at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) operates eleven (11) Spirent GSS9000 GPS/GNSS simulator systems in the Space Navigation Laboratory (SNL). These simulators provide critical hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) GPS/GNSS simulation capabilities supporting the development, testing, verification, and validation of advanced navigation technologies for NASA missions. The objective of this procurement is to extend maintenance and support coverage for the simulator systems identified below during the specified periods of performance. Characteristics, Scope, Specifications, and Period of Performance Provide maintenance and support coverage for the following Spirent GSS9000 GPS/GNSS simulator systems. Support shall include maintenance services, repair of malfunctioning hardware, software updates, technical support, and other services necessary to maintain system operability. Services shall include: Repair of malfunctioning hardware as required. Software updates and patches as available and applicable. Technical support and troubleshooting assistance as required. Maintenance services necessary to maintain system operability and support NASA testing and development activities. The contractor shall provide all maintenance and support services in accordance with the applicable maintenance agreement for each covered simulator system. -- 2 of 2 --
