1 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation N6134026Q1012 NADTC Initial Spares The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the solicitation closing date. The deadline for the submission of quotes is hereby changed from Tuesday, June 21, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST, to Monday, July 27th, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 – Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order (PO) on a competitive basis. Reference N6134026Q1012 Request for Quotation (RFQ) in all responses. Evaluation Criteria: The Government will award on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis to the responsible offeror meeting the specifications of this combined synopsis/solicitation. The evaluation will include all line items specified in the NADTC Initial Spares Material List, including the Brand Name Dell hardware and Cisco networking equipment. Offerors must submit quotes detailing both the unit price and the total price for each item, inclusive of F.O.B. Destination shipping to NAS Oceana. The components must be priced at both the unit price and total price level. The Government will evaluate the offeror's price based on the combined total of all line items. The failure of an offeror to provide information sufficient to determine conformance with the combined synopsis/solicitation may result in the offeror being ineligible for award. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this solicitation is 334111 Electronic Computer Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is 6910 Training Aids. This procurement is being solicited as a small business set-aside and brand-name specific. All items/components shall be NEW. Refurbished items/components will not be accepted. Requirements: Please see the specification attached to the announcement. Delivery shall be F.O.B.
