SCAN Site Maintenance Punchlist 124 Sites 2027 Contract • Contractor must coordinate a logistics meeting with SCAN staff to discuss scheduling and shipping details at least one month prior to the start of work. • One week prior to scheduled work, contractor must reach out to SCAN staff for an updated sensor malfunction list and confirm maintenance schedule or provide updates (if any). • Site maintenance must be completed within the maintenance windows listed on the punchlist. o If special circumstances arise for the date of completion of any work, it must be discussed with and approved by SCAN staff. • Random audit of work - Proof of checklist items will be required in the form of photos taken after the completion of work and emailed to SCAN staff, when requested. o These are separate from photos required to complete Survey123 and can include such things as proof of sensor level, sensor installation, etc. • Take pictures of surrounding area if any debris and waste are present and upload photos to site issue section in Survey123 • Return shipping will be paid for by the contractor and must be coordinated with SCAN staff. o All return items must be packaged with care and, where indicated, in accordance with the punchlist instructions. o Ensure to label returned components with the site they were taken out of. Do not write on the component or box.
