Description of Services. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to perform Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator services at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations and this performance work statement (PWS). 1.1. Basic Services. The Catholic Religious Education (RE) Coordinator shall develop, execute and manage the F. E. Warren Catholic RE program under the guidance of the Catholic Priest. The RE Coordinator shall coordinate and ensure catechists are trained for Archdiocese of the Military Services (AMS) certification and to prepare and coordinate the entire youth and adult catechetical programs including sacramental preparation. The RE Coordinator is the Catholic RE Volunteer Supervisor and works with the Chaplain Corps Volunteer Program Manager to execute the Catholic RE Volunteer Program. 1.1.1. Position Requirements. 1.1.1.1. Have current AMS basic minimum certification for RE Coordinator, possess a valid Catechist Certificate issued by the AMS. 1.1.1.2. Be familiar with and provide services in accordance with AMS, DoD, Air Force, Air Force Chaplain Corps, and F. E. Warren policy, guidance, and instruction governing provision of services. All documents will be provided at the time of award, and when any changes are made. 1.1.1.3. Act as the point of contact for all Catholic religious education requirements and maintain all files with all pertinent information for all religious education activities. 1.1.1.4. Schedule, plan and conduct special religious education programs. Special programs include but are not limited to a RE volunteer appreciation event, RE end of year activity, or RE holiday even
