To provide temporary fencing to form a safety barrier around industrial equipment at Point Loma, San Diego 2. APLLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2.1. Issues of Publications - The following documents, which are in effect on the date the solicitation is issued, are a part of this specification to the extent applicable, or as specified herein. Within the specification, they shall be referred to by their basic designation only. 2.1.1. Government 2.1.1.1. N/A 2.1.2. Nongovernment 2.1.2.1. N/A 2.2. Order of precedence - In the event of conflict between the text of this specification and that of the references cited above, the text of this specification shall take precedence. Nothing in this specification, however, shall supersede applicable laws or regulations unless a specific exemption has been obtained. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1. Temporary Fencing: the Contractor shall provide, install, maintain, and remove temporary fencing in accordance with the following specifications: 3.1.1. Dimensions: The Contractor shall provide and install 400 linear feet of temporary fencing. The fencing shall consist of panels measuring 12 feet in length by 8 feet in height. 3.1.2. Support Structure: The contractor shall utilize T-Stands for the installation and structural support of the temporary fencing. 3.1.3. Privacy Screens: The Contractor shall provide and affix black privacy screens across the entire 400 linear feet of temporary fencing. 3.1.4. Vehicular Gates: The Contractor shall provide and install two (2) vehicular gates. The vehicular gates shall be swing-type gates equipped with wheels. 3.1.5. Base Weights: The Contractor shall provide and install appropriate base weights on 200 linear feet of the temporary fencing to ensure structural stability. 3.1.6. Teardown: Upon completion of the requirement or at the direction of the Government, the Contractor shall uninstall, deconstruct, and remove all provided temporary fencing and associated materials from the site. 4.
