NOTICE ID: M68909-26-I-7715
The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA) is publicizing this SOURCES
SOUGHT NOTICE as a means of conducting tactical market research.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) OR INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) and shall
not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a
contract. This is a Request for Information (RFI). Responses will not be considered as quotations, nor
will any award be made as a result. The Marine Corps will not be responsible for any costs incurred by
interested parties in responding to this notice.
This Sources Sought is issued under NAICS code 334111; PSC 7B22 to determine potential authorized
resellers capable of delivering the item identified below by the identified Need by Date.
Note: NAICS and PSC codes are notional. Resellers are encouraged to suggest NAICS and PSC codes
that are a better fit for the requirement.

Item is “Brand Name or Equal.” MCTSSA is inquiring if authorized resellers are capable of providing
the item listed below by the Need by Date: 29 September 2026

The information provided in the Sources Sought is subject to change and is not binding by the
Government. MCTSSA has not made a commitment to procure any of the items or services discussed,
and release of this Sources Sought should not be construed as such a commitment or as authorization to
incur costs for which reimbursement would be required or sought. All submissions become Government
property and will not be returned.
The information requested by this Sources Sought will be used within the Government to facilitate
decision making. Should a future requirement evolve from this preliminary planning process, it is
anticipated that a Firm-Fixed Price contract will be awarded.
RESPONDENTS MUST NOT INCLUDE CLASSIFED INFORMATION IN THEIR RESPONSE TO
THIS RFI.
Telephone inquiries will not be permitted, entertained, accepted, or acknowledged, and respondents
should not expect feedback regarding their capability submissions. However, entities may be invited to
participate in a follow-on meeting with the Government for a question/answer session to further assist in
the overall market research for this requirement.
Formatting:
If your organization has the potential to deliver this requirement, Capability Statements must address the
following:
1. Company Name and Address
2. Point of Contact (POC) information, email, and telephone number
3. Business Size, CAGE Code, DUNS Number and UEI Number
4. Recommended Product Service Code (PSC) and North American Industry Classification
5. System (NAICS) if different from the ones listed in this RFI
6. Any recommended contract vehicles with expiration date
7. Information regarding the product or service suggested to meet the Government’s
requirement described herein.
Entities responding to this Sources Sought Notice must identify any data submitted that must not be
disclosed outside the Government or that must not be duplicated, used, or disclosed – in whole or in part
– for any purposes other than for the purposes set forth herein.
Interested parties shall respond to this synopsis no later than 6 July 2026 at 3:00 PM Pacific
Standard Time via email with the Subject line: M68909-26-I-7715 to Kendra.Johnson@usmc.mil and
Quintin.Pollard@usmc.mil. All interested vendors must be registered in the System for Award
Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
