1.0 Scope of Work
This contract provides 12 months of corrective repair and preventive maintenance for the listed
instrument. This contract also includes option years for continuity in maintaining operations.
The service provider must have an established quality management system. This will ensure
uninterrupted analytical research for multiple projects.
