1.0 GENERAL
Background

OBJECTIVE
To procure a vehicle that is fully compliant with all minimum requirements listed in this SOW, is safe for use on public roads where permissible, and is delivered fully operational.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS/TASKS
2.1 TASK ONE. Provide and Deliver Low-Speed Electric Vehicle
The contractor shall provide one (1) all-electric vehicle that meets or exceeds the following minimum specifications:

4.0 GOVERNMENT ACCEPTANCE PERIOD
The Government will have five (5) business days after delivery to inspect the vehicle and notify the contractor of its final acceptance. The vehicle must be delivered in new condition and be free of damage.
