Description

Statement of Work 1. Introduction This Statement of Work (SOW) is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12 for the acquisition of commercial items. The purpose is to procure one (1) Harvey Premier Light skin tone manikin, components, accessories, and training/installation services to support the Graduate Medical Education (GME) operations of Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC), Tacoma, WA. The contractor shall supply all items, services, and delivery functions necessary to meet the requirements described herein, in accordance with standard commercial practices. Background: The purpose of this requirement is to replace the existing simulator that has reached the end of its lifecycle. A new Harvey simulator is required to provide accurate and comprehensive training to enhance the educational opportunities for learners, improve patient outcomes, and stay at the forefront of medical simulation technology. Additionally, the GME Support Department at MAMC requires onsite education, curriculum integration assistance, onsite installation, and formal training. 2. Packaging & Marking: • Items should be packaged according to commercial standards to protect against damage during transit. • All shipments must be clearly marked with the contract number and item description. 4. Quality Assurance & Inspection Conformance: • All items shall be new, commercially acceptable, and conform to the performance specifications provided. Inspection & Acceptance: • The Government reserves the right to inspect all deliveries at the point of receipt. Non- conforming items will be rejected and may be subject to replacement or repair at no additional cost. Warranties: • The contractor shall provide warranties that the items will perform as described for a minimum period of 5. Invoicing and Payment • Invoices must reference the contract number and be submitted in accordance with the terms of the contract. • Payments will be processed upon Government acceptance of the delivered items per the payment provisions of the contract. 6.
